|Step 17: Time to balance out the layers. Make sure there are four layers on each side of the figure.|
|Step 18: Let's work on the legs. Take the pointy flap on the right side and do an inside reverse fold upwards.
(Basically, you open the flap a little and fold the leg up and close the flap again.)
|Step 19: Grab a portion of the leg and do another inside reverse fold pointing outwards.|
|Step 20: Grab a small porition of the leg and do another inside reverse fold upwards.|
|Step 21: Repeat Steps 18-20 on the left side.|
|Step 22: For the rear legs, do an inside reverse fold pointing out for both legs.|
|Step 23: Do another inside reverse fold pointing the legs down.|
|Step 24: Take a little portion of the leg and do another inside reverse fold pointing out.|
|Step 25: Behind the frog is a small hole. Blow into the hole and the body and head will puff up.
