Start with a square piece of origami paper. I am using an 7×7 inches origami paper.

Rotate the paper.

Fold across the diagonal to create a triangle. Make a neat crease.

Take the long edge of your triangle and fold down 1.5cm depending on the size you want your wings to be.

Draw two guide lines to help you get the wing shape even on both sides.

Fold the right wing down using the guide line.

Now fold the left wing down using the guide line.

Turn the model over.

Fold the wing, back up, as shown.

Repeat on the left side too.

Take a pair of safety scissors.
