Start with a square sheet of origami paper. I am using an 7×7 inches origami sheet.

If you only have regular paper, follow these instructions on how to make a square origami paper.

Fold in half, left to right.

Unfold. We just needed a crease line.

Fold in half, top to bottom.

Fold the bottom edge to the center crease.

Fold the paper in half, bottom to top.

Turn the model over and rotate by 90°.

Fold the bottom edge to meet the top edge.

Do an inside reverse fold with the previously created crease we just made.

Flatten the fold.

Repeat the step 18 to 20 on the left side too.

Fold the right corner to the left side.
