	Step 18: Inside reverse fold that flap as well.
	Step 19: Inside reverse fold the two flaps on the other side.
	Step 20: Fold the fin down along the right edge of the flap and unfold.
	Step 21: Open the fin and fold down as shown.
	Step 22: Fold the fin on the other side. Complete! Throw it in the water and watch it swim! Just kidding. It's just going to get wet and you'll have to fold another one. Click on "Like" below if you like this fishy!
