Start with a square sheet of origami paper. I am using an 7×7 inches origami paper.

Rotate the paper to make it resemble a diamond.

Fold the top half down.

Unfold.

Fold the left half to the right.

Fold the top right edge to the center.

Fold the top left edge to the center.

Fold the bottom right edge to the center.

Fold the bottom left edge to the center.

Turn the model over.

Fold the bottom point to the top point.

Open and fold down the left flap while creasing the inside corner.
