Start with a square piece of origami paper. I am using an 7×7 inches origami paper.

Rotate the paper into a diamond position.

Fold in half, right to left.

Unfold. We just needed a crease line.

Fold the top right edge to meet the center vertical crease.

Fold the top left edge to meet the center vertical crease.

Fold the bottom corner upward.

Fold down the top corner to meet the corner of bottom triangle.

Fold in all the four corners as shown.

Turn the model over and your origami egg is complete. Feel free to add some color to make a nice Easter egg.
