This Pet Dragon is designed by Eric Ha. It likes to stick close to you so it doesnt fly too far or too long. It likes to just launch out, do some twists, turns, or loops to hunt for tiny bugs and end its flight, sometimes by returning to you!
Step 1: Start with a regular piece of rectangle paper that's 8.5 x 11.0 inches (215.9 x 279.4 mm).
Step 2: Fold the top edge to the right edge. Make the top right corner as pointy as possible.
Step 3: Fold the top corner down to the left corner to make a triangle.
Step 4: Turn the paper over.
Step 5: Fold up the bottom flap below the triangle. Run your fingernail across the crease to make a sharp crease because we're going to tear it off.
Step 6: Unfold the bottom flap.
Step 7: Cut off the bottom flap. You may tear it off instead if you used your fingernail to sharpen the crease.
Step 8: Unfold everything.
Step 9: Rotate the paper into a diamond.
|Step 10: Fold the top corner down to the center of the paper.
